David J. Abraham, MD received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his surgical internship and Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and a Fellowship in Spinal Surgery in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Abraham is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and The Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society.

Dr. Burnett has more than 25 years of experience in non-surgical care of back and neck pain, with 20 years focusing on work-related back and neck injury. At The Reading Neck and Spine Center, Dr. Burnett helps many patients recover from spine symptoms without the need for surgery through the use of activity-oriented therapy and spinal injections. Dr. Burnett received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed four years of active duty with the US Air Force and later was Chief of Clinic Services for the Delaware Air National Guard. From 2008 to 2016, Dr. Burnett was Medical Director for CarePlex, which specialized on work-related back and neck injury and the unique needs of helping injured employees return to activity and their jobs. He also acted as Medical Director for Novacare and other physician practices specializing in non-surgical care of occupational injury.
